Another 180 minutes on the elliptical. There is something very inherently wrong about that. Just trying desperately to hang on to what fitness I have left. :) :) :)

Teena, this post cracked me up. 180 minutes on the elliptical LOL! People always wonder why I call it elliptical hell. I think you now understand why I coined the phrase. LOL! I spent way to much time on that thing when I was injured. But it is a great cross train, so I give it that.

Teena, I've been MIA so I had to go back and read what happened to you. I had to chuckle just a tiny bit at the blog with your self diagnosis. That's a lot of stuff and yet you just keep on going. I hope you get feeling better soon.

One other observation though, it seems that the initial injury happened when you where running up to the U. Maybe you shouldn't be chanting Utes, Utes, Utes. :)
