I ran hard, not max hard, but hard enough that I was ready to be done before I was done. Wind was bothersome at times, so were the lights on State St. Other than that it was pretty fun. Stopped to asked if I could use Jolley Pharmacy's potty -- they said, "No." Maybe I looked like a thug. :)

I stopped my watch whenever I stopped. Including when I stopped at Liberty Park to refill my water bottle. I was so thirsty today.

That is plain rude, I hope you found another potty!

I love that course, LOVE IT! Nice job on being speedy!

You are one shady lookin' character. No wonder they said NO!!! Just kiddin'

Look at you crankin' out a half marathon like it was nothing.

Please tell me you're tired tonight! It's almost like you're nesting before you give birth to a large time warp of limited runnning. :) Nice work today! :) Promise me you'll take some recovery days though...

Holy Cow! A half marathon with an AP of 7:44 on a windy, thirsty day! You are unstoppable! AWESOME run! I am so jealous! :) Oh yeah, I can't ask you to promise me anything...but I do plead with you as Brooke did...please take some recovery days! Are you following Pftiz's 70/18 schedule?

Kel~

I waited until I finished and then used the potty at Dick's Sporting Goods (and bought some running shorts). I didn't know if I could handle another potty rejection!

Dale~

Totally shady!!!

Brooke~

You make me laugh. Yes, I am very tired. I have been tired for about 14 years now!!! :) BUT ... I have been getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night almost always. :) :) :)

SSF~

You have to remember that it was downhill. That makes a HUGE difference. I could not have done that on a flat course. As for Pfitz: yes and no. I am trying to use it as a guideline but I am not following it exactly. I was going to take an easy week this week, but have decided to take it next week instead in the hopes that I will have some energy if I choose to run the SL Half. Although I think I will be closer to 60 miles this week than 70. And yes, I plan on running very conservatively for the next few days! :) :) :) Miss and love you! :)

Do you carry a credit card in your pocket while you run???

From Teena Marie on Wed, Apr 06, 2011 at 11:07:43 from 67.2.71.182

Kel~

Usually no. Yesterday I carried my credit card and Trax pass. :)

I would have hopped on Traxx!
