** Last hard workout before Boston!!! HALLELUJAH!!!

2 warm up miles, 6 x 800 meters with 400 meters jog in between each 800, then 2 cool down miles. All 800s at 3:25 except last one which was 3:09 (that was a dig deep push).

I am sure that there are many flaws in my training. Nonetheless, I have been relatively smart this time around. PT school may be paying off!! Now it's time to see what happens. :) :) :)

You are ready for Boston!

Yes your training has been pretty flawless! You guys have a great team for Boston too.

I see no flaws in your training. You have been consistently running a high amount of miles and have stayed injury free (these are the most important things). You have mixed a very good amount of speed work and cross training (these give you the extra edge you need for the last 10k of a marathon).

I ditto what Andy said! CONGRATULATIONS! ;)

Great job Teena! I think you've been doing great and I also think Boston will be great! Can't wait! (PS - the 30's are treating me well, I think I will like my 30's better than my 20's like you said. :) )
