work

Lower body strength training while working out with a patient -- sweet (love it when I can get some exercises in that way ... plus, my boss is the best and I can always ask him if I am doing them correctly, what other ones would be good, etc.)

** Everytime I go to work I remember why I am going to school and realize that it will be so worth it. I feel very lucky (and very tired). :)

I'm jealous that you get to work out at work, and I'm very impressed with all the working out you did yesterday. I bet you slept well last nigh.
