Flexibility exercises. Ahhhhh ... needed that. :) Also I updated "red sausage" to "chloroplast" recently. Random info here: My kids give all my PT and exercise equipment nicknames. Don't ask me why but it's pretty funny. For example, they call my skeleton "Harry" (they thought that was funny since Harry certainly has no hair). "Red Sausage" was my red foam roller.
