Better update your short term goals, Teena.

HI KAM!!!! :)

Wow ... so right! I'm on it. :)

Huzzah for the update!

I think the key for you making that 2014 goal is to pick your spots. Select 3-4 races, well-spaced through the year, and make them focal points.

Can I call you Doctor now?

Sweet plyometrics. You never posted where I can read your thesis on plyometrics. Where can I get me a copy?

And oh yeah, you are one smoking fast almost 40 year old. You are going to knock this year out of the park.

I was just thinking that you've been putting in mega miles lately and not much cross training/ST/swim/bike workouts like you used to. Then here you are, putting your plyo thesis to work! AWESOME job!!! :) :) :)

Can't wait to see you smash your 2014 goal! :)

Nice job on the plyo's. I was just thinking today how I need to start doing something in addition to the measly miles I'm running.

Rhett~ Oops, I guess I meant my 41st year! I'm already 40. :-(

Smooth~ I miss all my cross-training like mad! Sadly running is the quickest workout I know and I am very short on time right now. I am happy to at least be adding in the plyo. I'm trying to time it perfectly so I will peak just right!! Guess what? I had a candy bar yesterday that reminded me of you because I knew you would have loved it! It was dark chocolate with cacao nibs. SO DELICIOUS!! So you!! :)

Dale~ Plyos are definitely fun. Just have to be careful to not do too much too quickly to avoid injury! :)

Slick~ Back at you Coach! :)
