12 miles before Oliver's game, AP 7:34 (This about killed me. Subsequently I have no desire to try it again anytime soon). I was so thankful for the few lights that I had to stop at.

2.6 miles from Oliver's game to Payton's game, AP 7:38 (wind at my back).

I worked out really hard this week. I am dog tired. :)

**Wore my Pure Flows for the first time outside. Mixed review: They make me feel light and fast but they seem to be a bit harder on my legs. My feet feel achy now that all is said and done. Hmmmm ...

Your comment about my race cracked me up! Thanks.

I have to say that I have way more admiration for you and what you are doing with your education than I have for running a fast 10k.

What a week Teena! You have indeed worked out very hard and probably done tons of studying on top of it. You have had some serious SPEED this week, too. ;o)

That was a fast 12 miles, almost the same workout I did Saturday, I just didn't do the extra 2 afterwards. You're getting into great shape. Now just don't overdo it and injure yourself.

Rhett~

Overall I had a net downhill of roughly 400 feet -- so not nearly as impressive as it sounded! :) But it was a hard run for me at the end of the week. :) You are dead on about me needing to make sure I don't injure myself. I keep reminding myself that although I feel AWESOME right now, stupid training mistakes could have me injured in no time. I am trying to run smart while still pushing it a bit. :) So far, so good!!! :)
