I keep telling myself the same thing every time I read your blog...but I developed an OCD over pool water, especially this time of year. My left ear always fills with water and the plugs never stay in, and so many excuses....but I so love to swim!! WAY TO GO GIRL ON THE PR!!!

I have been running both indoors and outdoors. There are some days that I have to be at school before the sun comes out. On those days it's the treadmill for me! Most other days I am outside (unless the air is horrible).
