Perfect day for a run. Absolutely ideal conditions this afternoon! :)

15 miles (14 by myself on the JRP, AP 8:31 -- I would run easy 1200 meters and then pick it up for 400 meters. Felt surprisingly good. Started feeling fatigued at mile 11, which came later than I thought it would, so very happy. Then 1 mile with Sophia and Oliver once I got home.)

Had to get my long run in today since the twins are getting baptized in the morning. :)

Have a great weekend everyone. :)

I am so happy you had a perfect run today!!! See ...you did 15 just great! Wish I could have run with you...but I wouldn't be able to run your pace...plus Emi and her parents didn't leave until 1:30pm. :(

I will be thinking of Oliver and Livvy tomorrow!!!

Give them a big hug and CONGRATZ from Nana Smooth! Such a special special day and event for them and your family! :). LUVS!!!

SSF and Brooke~

Yesterday was one of those perfect days than will be sketched in my mind forever. It was WONDERFUL (see Saturday's post).

I love you girls!!! :)

SSF~

Okay, I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my run on Friday. Running 1200 meters around a 9 minute pace and then picking it up for 400 meters. It was so much fun. Those kind of runs would be ideal for us to run together!!! We could run together for 1200 meters and then you could decide if you wanted to continue to run that pace or speed up. Seriously, that would guarantee 3/4ths of our miles would be together. What do you think?
