How are you feeling today? Any residual tiredness from Saturday?

Way to go: you're back at it, putting in the miles!

From Teena Marie on Mon, Mar 14, 2011 at 17:46:41 from 67.2.100.67

Matt~

A little, but not bad. I hit a few threshold miles without too much difficulty. :)

I'm getting excited to hit SG with Ry. I LOVE SPRING BREAK!!!! I'm guessing as a prof you do too!!! :) :) :)

Nice work today you two, even after a big run on Saturday! Matt, did you see the gauntlet I threw down on Teena's post on Saturday? I visited our dear, old friend City Creek today. Aaahhhh. :)

so Teena - what races do you have coming up?

From Rhett on Tue, Mar 15, 2011 at 16:21:09 from 74.36.33.52

Nice miles Teena. I've been out of the loop the last couple weeks. How is everything going. Are you healthy? Are you still doing that Nappa Valley marathon?

From Smooth on Tue, Mar 15, 2011 at 17:59:41 from 67.2.70.168

Nice! What are you shootin' for at Spectrum?:)

From Teena Marie on Tue, Mar 15, 2011 at 18:24:34 from 67.2.94.242

Brooke~

We all need to run City Creek again. Although I have not run any significant hills for a long time. I would struggle!!! But I need it! :)

Tim~

I have a 10K this weekend. But it is not a goal race. I totally stink at these shorter distance races, so who knows how it will turn out! Ry is doing it as well, so that will make things super fun!!! :) Can't decide if I am going to do a half next month or not. Then I have the Ogden Marathon in May. You?

Rhett~

Yep, I'm healthy! :) No Napa Valley. Ry and I decided against it because I would have had PT interviews out-of-state in March had I not got into the U. Instead we are spending 7 days and 6 nights in SG together (just Ry and I). We leave this Friday. I am SO SO SO excited.

SSF~

I don't know. What do you think? I know that there is a significant amount of downhill but not as much as D-News 10K. You know the course well, any thoughts?

From Smooth on Fri, Mar 18, 2011 at 00:07:33 from 67.2.103.237

SSF ~ You are in shape for a 44 flat 10K.

Take advantage of the first downhill miles. Do a warm up or dynamic stretches so your legs are ready to hit sone sub7s right off the bat. I think you can easily hit the first 5K in sub 19. Then put on some fast tunes on for the 2nd 5K; run those in 7:15-7:30. You can totally chick the prof. Piece of cake! :)

Oh, I watched the course video. There are quite a few turns especially in Ivins! Anticipate those and be sure to do the tangents. You are very good at that! GOOD LUCK and have lots of fun!
