4.55 by myself and 6 with Ry. :)

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our new found love, The Bear Claw Poppy Trail, this morning (at least for a while). We ran a different part of the trail and ended up running the True Grit Epic mountain bike course. Way fun, but I did twist my ankle a couple of times. Seems to be fine though, hallelujah.

Headed back to good 'ol West Jordan, Utah. So excited to see the kids, but I will miss this one on one time I have had with Ry.

SSF~

I kept thinking about how much you would have loved the trail. I also kept thinking that Ry and I (and the kids of course) need to move up by the U or someplace where he can have easy access to a trail. He really had fun! He doesn't like running on the pavement, but he loved this. I didn't have to ask him to run with me once ... he just wanted to! :)

Matt~

It was much needed, much appreciated, and very much enjoyed! :)

Welsome back!!! Glad you had a fun time. I really enjoy running trails. I really want to move to St. George some day. I love it down there. I put in for a couple of jobs down there through my work, but I didn't qualify. Someday I will.
