I am very pleased with how this run turned out considering the higher mileage (for me --  not to some of you) I have been putting in this week. Kept a comfortably hard pace and was able to finish strong.

Was able to run a little bit with Dawes at the beginning (less than a mile), but he was finishing as I was starting. Other than that I was on my own. Slightly boring, but needed to be done since tomorrow is crazy busy. Still hoping to fit in some miles in the morning, but don't know how many.

WOW!!! EXCELLENT JOB SSF!!!! I am so happy you had such an AWESOME week of running, lots of GOOD SOLID running miles!!! :) :) :)

WAY to push thru 59 boring laps alone! How did you keep track of the laps? Such INCREDIBLE tenacity!!! :)

Hope you are resting so you can tackle a busy busy day tomorrow!!! Love and miss you!

Yes, it was rather boring, but needed to be done!!

I used my watch (just turned off the GPS under settings) and pressed the lap button each time around. It was easy because it would tell me what lap I had just completed each time I pushed it. :)

Have lots of boring studying to do now. Can you believe that my physics teacher has given us a huge assignment that is due on Monday? (I didn't work on it at all in SG.) So lame.

Love you.

Very lame indeed! May be you can snack on some yummies like chocolate covered cinnamon bears while you do the boring physics! :)

Good news! Eric called and said he passed his Board Exam! HUGE relief! :) And I received an amazing email from Bryan's professor (head of the viola department) heaping kudos on him! :)

Here's to your successful scholarly endeavor! I LOVE YOU!!! :)

Great run, do they let you run in the opposite direction every now and then? I think I would go crazy running in circles like that.

SSF~

Your kids are so incredibly awesome!!! Congrats to both Eric and Bryan! :)

Kathie~

Yes!!! They are very lax there. I switched direction every 11 laps! :)

You are completely mental. I just couldn't do it!! I'm very impressed by all of you that can do that many laps and by yourself, that really says a lot. Nice work! We missed you today!! Wish you didn't have to do your long run yesterday. Although I'm glad for selfish reasons because you and Matt would have gone flying away in the horizon and I would be stuck without a partner and it would have been boring.:)

You have really put in some serious miles this week. Did you put in more miles today?

From Teena Marie on Sun, Mar 27, 2011 at 00:52:49 from 67.2.71.182

Thanks Tim and Brooke!!! :)

Rhett~

Yep!!! I'm feeling good! :) :) :)
