Today was one of those days when life is just plain good!

Spent the morning and evening with the birthday girl, my SSF. :) :) :)

We ran the Rail Trail in Park City with Brooke and Matt. Absolutely wonderful conversation and company. Just enjoyed being in the moment. :)

In the evening we saw Secretariat. WOW!!!! Absolutely LOVED this movie! It was one of those flicks where you leave feeling wonderful. Yes, I know, some of it is a little cliche', but dang, I fell for it!!! :) :) :)

One of my favorite lines was: "... you don't know far you can go until you run."

Teena, sounds like you all had another wonderful day today!!! We saw Secretariat last weekend and we all loved it, too!!! Great movie. I wouldn't mind seeing it again.
