Smooth and Rhett~

You all are funny. ST, as Smooth stated, stands for Strength Training (I am trying to incorporate more strength training into my workouts -- as you know, strength training becomes more and more important as we age). The other letters just are reminders of what workout I did. I have compiled some of my favorite exercises that I have seen in various clinics/textbooks/magazines into mini-workouts for myself. :)
