Looks like solid crosstraing. Impressively done

Nice cross training. I just read you post from Saturday. Wow, I think you should be shooting for a faster marathon pace if you can do 16 faster than marathon pace on a full week of training without any taper or carb loading.

Nice job I can tell you have the day off from school, it is great right!

You are doing so AWESOME with your xtrain. What do those SLP, C, E stand for? 75lbs is like 3/4 of you. How in the world did you lift that with your legs? Your legs must be getting buff! :)

I'm with Rhett! See, he agrees that you should be shooting for a faster mp!

Miss and love you!!!

From Teena Marie on Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 00:21:21 from 174.52.45.85

Thanks everyone!!!

BUT ... there is NO STINKIN' WAY that I will be shooting for anything faster than 3:29:29. I'm telling you, the 16 miles at that pace about killed me. No way I could do 10+ more!!!

SSF --

Seated Leg Press

Seated Leg Curls

Seated Leg Extensions

Hip Abduction

:) (And 75 lbs is quite light when you are doing leg presses ... but I wanted to do 5 minutes straight w/o stopping ... I figure it is better for me to have less weight and more reps right now.)

Love and miss you!!!

From Smooth on Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 00:36:55 from 174.23.239.148

SSF! I think you are AWESOME! No pressure about time goal right now. We still have 8 weeks & 6 days to train. You are going to run the best race of your life at Boston. I LOVE YOU!!!

From Scott Wesemann on Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 11:53:14 from 66.239.250.209

That sounds like a very good workout. Swiming a 1/2 mile would kill me for sure. I hope you have a great week with training and school :)
