bike: 30 miles (1:41:05/random 3). The most miles I have ever rode continuously on the bike. :)

Had to get through a pile of notes before my test today (which is definitely easier to do on a stationary bike than on a TM). Hopefully I will get a chance to run a few miles this evening.

I definitely missed my Wednesday swim though. Such is life. ;)

Good job. When is the Xterra tri?

From Teena Marie on Wed, Feb 15, 2012 at 19:33:04 from 75.162.92.164

The XTERRA series has different distances and different races. The ones that I am training for are the olympic distances with each course just a tad bit different in regards to the length of the bike portion. They tend to take a bit longer than the additional tris due to the different terrain and riding a mountain bike instead of a road bike. :)

Right now my goal is just to survive! :)
