morning:

10.5 recovery miles with Matt Hansen (the PT the tortures me with myofascial release, stripping muscles, etc.), Bish, and Stevie. Matt is training for his first half marathon next month. He is a big guy (6' 6" and 255 - which is down from his normal weight). Today's run was his longest ever. He did AWESOME!!!! :)

evening:

2 miles on the treadmill

Yoga core workout with Bob Harper. Good stuff.

** This is the first time ever that I have hit 70 miles in one week. I am quite happy about it. It was so wonderful to have Spring Break and plenty of time to get in my runs without having to rush. I just keep thinking about Kelli though and how she ran 50 miles in one day and kicked MAJOR trash doing it! I am in awe!!!

Eeek! Congrats! I'm glad you got to enjoy your spring break and have some extra time. Wow, 70! Way to put in the last couple miles at the end to make it happen even after such a big week.
