For our Physical Agents lab today we did massage!!!! AAAAAaaaahhhhh!!!! I want to go back. It was pure heaven. I needed that so so so badly. I have a feeling that my hubby is not going to complain when I need his body to practice on (he really has been a good sport about letting me practice the not so pleasant aspects of physical therapy on him). :)

5 miles: 2 easy, 1 super hard (6:23 pace ... I know for many of you that is no sweat ... but it is the fastest I have ever run a mile on the treadmill ... so I am very pleased :) ), 2 easy.

Awesome workout today!! What is your goal time for Boston? I feel like we run very very similar paces. We should meet up and try to run together and pace each other. I am shooting for between 3:20-3:23 at Boston.

Anyway let me know if you are interested. I am glad I found your blog. :) You have such a great attitude and your workouts are very impressive!

Rachelle~

I just looked at some of your race times!!! There is zero chance that I could keep up with you. I am flattered that you think it is even a possibility!!! But in all seriousness, you are MUCH too fast for me!!! :) :) :)

Oh yeah, one more thing Rachelle: I noticed you are pacing at Riverton tomorrow. Come by and see me!!! I am running the race but afterwards will be staffing the U of U Physical Therapy booth that will be under the tent. :)
